Raul Vale Fernandez conducts his formal studies in Washington, D. C.

In 1990 he joined the “Escuela Libre de Derecho” Law School, to pursue his degree on the field.

 

In 1991 he worked as an analyst for the Department of Multilateral Treaties under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he actively participates in the development of a disk which compiles all Treaties celebrated by Mexico (currently in use).

 

In 1992, Raul Fernandez serves in the Vice Presidency for Legal Affairs and Investment Relationships of “Grupo Televisa”, where he is actively involved in various issues related to stock placement, tax/fiscal and administrative matters.

In 1993, he makes the decision to join the “Universidad Anahuac del Norte”, where he obtains his law degree. In 1993 he joins the Law Firm “Santamarina & Steta, S.C.” where he actively pursues tax litigation, rendering services to customers as varied as; Kimberly Clark, American Airlines, Grupo Gigante, United Airlines, Cananea, Grupo Televisa Fianzas Monterrey, among others.

 

In 1997, he makes the decision to leave Santamarina & Steta, S.C., to serve as Inter-zone General Counsel in Fianzas Monterrey, where he specializes in financial law, insurance and bonds.

In 2000, Raul Vale Fernandez joins GRUPO VALE EURO RSCG, one of the largest media and advertising companies in the country, holding the post of Corporate General Counsel, specializing in corporate law in general and, specifically, mergers and acquisitions, industrial property, intellectual property and copyrights.

In 2002, Raúl Vale Fernández decided to incorporate, together with his partners, the Law Firm, Vale, Levenberg, Velis, Ruíz, Quijano & González Báez, S.C. (“VLV”), whose primary objective is to render personalized attention in a timely and cost-effective manner to its customers.
